Instructions
Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha to make the glaze.
Sear chicken in oil until golden, then set aside. Sauté peppers and pineapple until caramelized.
Return chicken to skillet, pour glaze, cover, and simmer 10-12 minutes until cooked and sauce thickens.
Uncover and cook 2-3 minutes to reach sticky consistency. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken in the glaze for 30 minutes before cooking.
