Instructions
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
Pour sauce over cooked chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with cold water to make a slurry, then add to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Cook for 1 minute.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
