Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger root (grated)
  • 0.25 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sugar, and vinegar to make marinade.
  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  • Cook chicken in oil until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add remaining marinade; simmer until thickened, 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
