Instructions
Whisk sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Dip chicken in sauce, then cook in pan: 3 min first side, 2 min second side.
Add remaining sauce and water, simmer until thickened, then coat chicken.
Serve chicken with sauce spooned over.
