Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time.
Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate chips and strawberries. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, leaving space.
Bake for 12-13 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh room temperature eggs and measure strawberries before drying.
