Delight in these soft, chewy cookies packed with white chocolate chips and freeze-dried strawberries, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2.1 ounce bags freeze-dried strawberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then mix in vanilla. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in white chocolate chips and strawberries. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, leaving space.
  • Bake for 12-13 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh room temperature eggs and measure strawberries before drying.
