A delicious and wholesome baked oatmeal featuring fresh strawberries and walnuts, perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Baking ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 2 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Mix oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Stir in milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  • Add strawberries and walnuts, then mix well. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Serve hot or warm. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, top with additional strawberries or a drizzle of honey.
