1mediumbanana(fresh or frozen)
0.75cupstrawberries(fresh or frozen)
2tablespoonsground flax
0.25cupprotein powder(whey or plant-based)
0.5teaspoonvanilla extract(optional)
0.75cupice(omit if using frozen fruit)
1teaspoonmonk fruit sweetener(or stevia, optional)
1tablespoonpeanut or almond butter
Add-ins
a handfulbaby spinach or kale
1tablespoonchia seeds or hemp seeds
Garnish
as desiredsliced strawberries, banana slices, chia seeds or toasted coconut flakes(for topping)
Instructions
Combine milk, banana, strawberries, flax, protein powder, vanilla, ice, and sweetener in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.

Notes
