Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberry Greek Yogurt, stirred
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk

Additional

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided

Instructions 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients until smooth.
  • Combine wet and dry, do not overmix.
  • Heat butter in skillet, pour batter, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  • Serve pancakes topped with sliced strawberries.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of honey or syrup.
