Enjoy a refreshing and vibrant slush made with fresh watermelon and strawberries, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon, frozen (Cube watermelon rind removed and freeze for 2 hours or longer)
  • 1 1/3 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

Additional

  • Ice cubes, fresh mint, fresh basil Ice cubes, fresh mint, fresh basil (Add as needed for texture and garnish)

Instructions 

  • Freeze watermelon cubes with rind removed for at least 2 hours.
  • Rinse and hull strawberries, or use frozen strawberries.
  • Place frozen watermelon, strawberries, and lime juice in blender. Blend until slushy and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with fresh mint or basil for extra flavor.
