Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup spinach, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  • Mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stuff the mixture into chicken pockets and secure with toothpicks.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
