Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Bake bread cubes for 15 minutes, then transfer to a large bowl.
Sauté onion and celery in oil until soft, then add sausage and cook until browned.
Blend sausage mixture with bread, apple, and sage. Mix stock, milk, and eggs separately, then combine.
Mix everything, add cranberries and seeds, then spoon into muffin tin, pressing down to compact.
Bake for 25 minutes until tops are golden, then cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
