A delicious, sugar-free pumpkin spice whipped coffee perfect for cozy mornings or afternoon treats.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened (see post for alternatives)
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee (granules)
  • 1.5 tbsp Monk Fruit (see post for alternatives)
  • 2 tbsp Boiling Water
  • 0.75 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions 

  • Prepare a glass with ice and add the almond milk.
  • Whip or whisk the coffee, monk fruit, pumpkin spice, and boiling water until foamy.
  • Gently fold in the pumpkin puree.
  • Pour the whipped mixture over the milk and ice, then stir if desired.
  • Sprinkle extra pumpkin spice on top and serve.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness or spice level to taste.
