Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup jumbo oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 dash apple cider vinegar
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk

Fresh berries

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 0.5 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, water, apple cider vinegar, and chia seeds in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until oats are tender.
  • Stir in coconut milk and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into serving bowls and top with fresh strawberries and raspberries.
