Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9-inch pans and line with parchment.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients. Alternately add dry mix and milk to wet, then fold in berries.
Divide batter into pans, bake 25-30 mins. Cool completely.
Whip cream until stiff. Layer cakes with whipped cream and berries. Decorate with extra berries and mint.
