These delicious bites combine sweet, salty, and nutty flavors in a quick, no-bake treat perfect for snacking or sharing.
Ingredients
Pretzels and oats

pretzels or pretzel sticks (gluten free)

rolled oats (gluten free)

unsweetened coconut
(or more oats)
Peanut butter and liquids

natural peanut butter
(can sub other nut/seed butters)

pure maple syrup
(can sub honey or agave)

Seeds and flavoring

Instructions
Pulse pretzels and oats 4-5 times in a blender or food processor, or crush in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
Mix peanut butter, syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds, and vanilla in a bowl. Fold in pretzel/oat mixture, coconut, and chocolate chips until combined.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined plate. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until firm.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month.
Notes
