This Sweet Chili Chicken is a deliciously sticky and flavorful dish that's perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Chicken

chicken fillets

sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

garlic, minced

ginger, minced

Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 30 minutes.
Dredge marinated chicken in cornstarch and heat oil in a skillet.
Cook chicken until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
Simmer remaining marinade in the skillet, add chicken, and coat well.
Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve over rice or noodles.
Notes
