Enjoy these flavorful grilled chicken skewers glazed with sweet chili sauce, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (plus more for serving)
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste Salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
  • Skewer the marinated chicken and brush with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Grill over high heat for 5 minutes per side or roast at 450°F for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve with extra sweet chili sauce if desired.
