A quick and flavorful stir fry combining tender chicken with vibrant vegetables and a sweet chili sauce.

Instructions
Slice chicken into strips and season if desired.
Heat avocado oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables and garlic; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Mix coconut aminos, chili paste, honey, and tapioca starch; pour over stir fry and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Notes
Adjust honey and chili paste to taste for sweetness and spice.
