Instructions
Whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and zest, olive oil, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to make the marinade.
Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Baste with marinade if desired.
Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with cilantro or lime wedges and serve.
Notes
Marinating longer enhances flavor. Serve with rice or grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
