Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries.
  • Mix maple syrup, ground flax, sea salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Toss the sweet potato fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Arrange fries on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until crispy.

Notes

For extra crunch, flip the fries halfway through baking.
