  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 24 wonton wrappers wonton wrappers
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream Sour cream (for serving)
  • Green onions Green onions (sliced, for serving)
  • Tomatoes Tomatoes (chopped, for serving)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
  • Mix cooked chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa in a bowl.
  • Line each muffin cup with a wonton wrapper, add chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then layer with another wrapper and cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve topped with sour cream, green onions, and chopped tomatoes if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or a squeeze of lime before serving.
