Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
Mix cooked chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa in a bowl.
Line each muffin cup with a wonton wrapper, add chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then layer with another wrapper and cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
