Denver, sirloin porterhouse or skirt flank steak, sliced into strips
(against the grain)
Noodles and Vegetables

medium dried egg noodles

bell pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced

Instructions
Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate beef slices for 30 minutes, reserving the rest of the sauce.
Cook noodles according to package, rinse in cold water, toss with sesame oil.
Fry beef in hot wok in two batches, then set aside.
Stir-fry vegetables, add reserved sauce, then noodles, beef, and spring onions; cook briefly.
Divide into bowls, top with chili flakes and sesame seeds, serve hot.
Notes
Use thinly sliced beef for quick cooking and tender results.
