Enjoy a quick and flavorful bowl of teriyaki shrimp served over jasmine rice, topped with fresh avocado, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 0.5 pound jumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Seasonings

  • kosher salt, pepper, Blackstone Sweet Teriyaki seasoning blend (optional) seasonings (to taste)
  • to taste cooking oil of choice

Carbohydrates

  • 2 8-ounce microwave pouches Jasmine rice (prepared as per package instructions)
  • 1 large avocado (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 lime wedges lime wedges
  • sauce of choice sauce of choice (yum yum, sriracha, spicy mayo, or teriyaki)

Instructions 

  • Marinate shrimp with teriyaki sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning for 5-10 minutes.
  • Cook shrimp in a skillet or griddle with oil for 3-5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  • Prepare rice as per package instructions or microwave pouches.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, topped with shrimp, sliced avocado, cilantro, lime wedges, and sauce.
