Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden, then set aside.
Reduce heat, melt butter, and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, scrape browned bits, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add heavy cream, stir, and simmer until sauce thickens. Return chicken to coat and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Garnish with parsley or chives and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika before serving.
