A quick and flavorful Thai-inspired dish featuring ground chicken, fresh basil, and aromatic chiles, served over jasmine rice.

Instructions
Mince garlic, slice chiles and shallot, and pick basil leaves.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 30 seconds.
Add garlic, chiles, and shallot; cook 30-45 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground chicken; cook 5-7 minutes until no pink and edges are browned.
Stir in fish sauce, soy, oyster sauces, and sugar; simmer 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Add basil leaves; toss 30 seconds until wilted, then serve over jasmine rice.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and serve immediately.
