Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with baking powder, potato starch, and seasonings.
Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, melt butter and mix with hot sauce, honey, and salt to make the glaze.
Toss baked wings in the hot honey glaze until evenly coated.
