1tspitalian seasoning(divided use (half for chicken))
0.25tspred pepper flakes(optional, for a little kick)
salt and black pepper(to taste)
2tbspfresh parsley, chopped(for garnish)
Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning. Sear chicken in butter until golden and cooked through.
Melt remaining butter, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and remaining seasoning; simmer to thicken.
Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Return chicken and pasta to skillet, tossing to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or cheese.
