Instructions
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the Italian seasoning. Sear chicken in butter until golden and cooked through. Remove to a plate.
Melt remaining butter, add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant. Deglaze with chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream and remaining seasoning; simmer to thicken. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
Return chicken to skillet with drained pasta. Toss gently to coat, adding reserved pasta water for a silky sauce. Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream or cheese as desired.
