Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ½ tsp Italian seasoning. Sear in 1 Tbsp butter until golden and cooked through; set aside.
In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Add chicken broth and cream; simmer to thicken.
Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan until smooth. Return chicken and pasta to skillet, toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
