Juice of 1 lime

Other Ingredients

flour tortillas

cooked white or brown rice

black beans, drained and rinsed

cup
shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

diced tomatoes

diced onions

cup
chopped fresh cilantro

sour cream

avocado

Instructions
Marinate the steak with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated steak in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
Assemble burritos by layering rice, beans, steak, cheese, tomatoes, onions, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream on each tortilla.
Roll up the burritos tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Serve sliced in half with extra sour cream or sides if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak longer or add your favorite hot sauce.
