A hearty beef soup perfect for Christmas celebrations, combining rich flavors and comforting warmth.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 carrots Carrots (sliced)
  • 1 onion Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add beef chunks and cook until browned.
