A deliciously indulgent bread pudding with apple and cinnamon flavors, topped with a creamy protein sauce.

crusty whole wheat bread (cut into 2 inch squares)

home made coconut milk (or other milk of your choice)

unsweetened applesauce

lightly beaten eggs

Red Delicious apple (peel on, finely diced)

home made coconut milk (or other milk of your choice)
Instructions
Mix coconut milk, applesauce, eggs, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.
Fold in bread, walnuts, apple, and raisins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
Prepare the sauce by mixing protein powder, yogurt, and milk until smooth. Rest for 1 minute and stir again.
Pour sauce over cooled bread pudding and serve cold. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
This pudding is best served cold and can be stored for several days.
