Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes (if using fresh fruit and you want a colder drink)

Instructions 

  • Add pineapple, banana, orange juice, and coconut milk to the blender.
  • If desired, add honey or agave syrup.
  • Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen pineapple for a colder smoothie without added ice.
