Taco Toppings

shredded lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, chopped tomatoes, avocado slices, guacamole, olives, lime, jalapenos, etc.
Instructions
Cook ground turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Add spices and flour; stir for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in beef broth until thickened, then add tomato sauce and bring to a boil.
Stir in black beans and corn, then simmer for 20 minutes until thickened.
Serve over rice and top with your favorite taco toppings.
