A flavorful and easy-to-make bowl combining seasoned ground turkey, fluffy rice, fresh pico de gallo, and creamy avocado slices for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Rinse rice, then cook in boiling water for 15-18 minutes. Fluff and set aside.
Wash produce. Quarter tomatoes, chop cilantro, juice lime, and dice onion.
Heat coconut oil, cook onion until softened, then add turkey and cook until browned. Add spices and cook briefly.
Season pico de gallo with salt and pepper. Slice avocado.
Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, pico de gallo, and avocado slices. Serve and enjoy!
