ground turkey

taco seasoning

Vegetables and Beans

chopped romaine lettuce

(drained and rinsed)

(soaked in hot water for 30 minutes)

Instructions
Cook the ground turkey in a non-stick pan until browned.
Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 10 minutes.
Blend dressing ingredients until smooth.
Combine lettuce, beans, tomatoes, corn, and cooked turkey in a bowl.
Toss salad with dressing, top with avocado and cilantro, and serve.
