Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
Mix dry ingredients; in a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and milk; combine well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until smooth. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes; cool completely before frosting.
Prepare frosting by beating powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream until smooth; frost cooled cupcakes.
