Delight in these fluffy vanilla muffins, perfect for breakfast or a snack, topped with a sweet glaze.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin and prepare batter.
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Cream oil and sugar until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, beating well. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla bean paste for glaze. Drizzle over cooled muffins.
