Ingredients

Dairy

  • 0.17 cups butter
  • 2 teaspoons Fat Free milk
  • 1.25 cups SPLENDA Brown Sugar Baking Blend
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 scoop LES MILLS Good Protein Vanilla powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat all ingredients except flour and protein powder until crumbly.
  • Add flour and protein powder; beat for 30 seconds until combined.
  • Form dough into balls, flatten, and cut into squares on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes. Let cookies cool on wire racks.

Notes

Do not overbake; cookies will be light and doughy when fresh.
