Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat all ingredients except flour and protein powder until crumbly.
Add flour and protein powder; beat for 30 seconds until combined.
Form dough into balls, flatten, and cut into squares on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes. Let cookies cool on wire racks.
