Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mixture, mixing well.
Pour batter into a greased cake tin and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow cake to cool, then prepare frosting by mixing butter, cream cheese, icing sugar, and cinnamon.
Frost the cooled cake and decorate with orange gel, cocoa powder, and optional caramel sauce.
