A comforting and easy-to-make baked chicken and rice dish with creamy soups and flavorful seasonings.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken fillets

Grains

  • 2 cups minute rice (brown or white)

Dairy & Fats

  • 1 tbsp butter

Canned Goods

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Seasonings

  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  • Mix cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, water, and rice in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into the dish, then place chicken on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 60-75 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and rice is creamy.
