A creamy, flavorful dip perfect for sharing, combining tangy feta with sweet roasted red peppers.

Greek yogurt

Instructions
Combine feta, roasted red peppers, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a food processor.
Blend while drizzling in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
Scrape down sides and blend again for even texture.
Adjust seasoning and consistency with extra yogurt or olive oil if needed.
Spoon into a serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
Notes
