Ingredients

Dairy

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine feta, roasted red peppers, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika in a food processor.
  • Blend while drizzling in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
  • Scrape down sides and blend again for even texture.
  • Adjust seasoning and consistency with extra yogurt or olive oil if needed.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl and swirl the top with a spoon.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.
