Ingredients
Dough

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer and mix on low until incorporated, then knead on medium for 4 minutes.
Let the dough proof in a warm spot for 45 minutes to 1 hour until doubled.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish. Proof for 1 hour until tripled.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush rolls with beaten egg.
Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 185°F.
