Instructions
Combine warm water, yeast, and maple syrup; let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
Add garlic powder, salt, and flour; mix until well combined.
Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rise in a warm place covered for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
Divide dough, roll into strips, tie knots, place on sheet, and bake 18-24 minutes until golden.
Brush knots with olive oil and garlic, garnish with parsley and chili flakes, serve with marinara.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush with garlic-infused olive oil before baking.
