Instructions
Mix warm water and honey, sprinkle yeast, and let sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Combine flour, salt, and vital wheat gluten; add yeast mixture and olive oil, stir to form dough.
Knead dough on floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth.
Let dough rise in greased bowl, covered, for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Punch down, shape into loaf, place in greased pan, and let rise 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C), bake for 30-35 minutes until golden, then cool before slicing.
