Ingredients

Beef Stew Ingredients

  • 2 kg Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 3 medium Carrots, sliced
  • 2 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions 

  • In a large pot, brown the beef cubes over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Stir in carrots, potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the stew sit overnight in the fridge before serving.
