A quick and easy flatbread recipe using just two basic ingredients, perfect for a quick snack or meal.
Ingredients
Dough

self raising flour
(see note below for using all purpose flour)

Greek yogurt
Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and yogurt to form a sticky dough.
Divide dough into 6 balls and roll each into a 10-inch circle on a floured surface.
Heat a dry skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Cook each flatbread for about 1 minute per side until browned and bubbly.
Repeat for all dough balls and store leftovers in an airtight container.
Notes
These flatbreads reheat quickly in a dry skillet for a fresh taste.
